email set up failure

I have been trying to set up email accounts for one of our domains www.bairesdesignstudio.com and it is the only account that is failing to set up email accounts.. I have posted tickets and tried several times and the problem continues. PLease I need to setup this ASAP HELP!

Failed to add Mail Forward [email protected]
Internal Error, Tech Support Was Notified
AntiSpam [email protected] has been enabled
AntiVirus [email protected] has been enabled

are you trying to create a mailbox and a forward at the same time?

I TRIED EVERYTHING..first only mailbox and forward at the same time, then just add a mailbox and same problem. Anyway I can easily add on my other accounts like I always do, but on bairesdesignstudio.com it is just not working for me.

I will discuss this with Tanmaya and we will get it resolved in 24 hours or less.

There was some mailserver end config issue, which we fixed. Now you should be able to add mail forwards or any other mail resource. If you still find any issue, please open a ticket.
