Emails backup?

A few minutes ago, someone from support told me that Jodohost hasnt email backups? Is that true?

We don't offer mails backup to client and it doesn't mean that we don't keep mail server backup.

What Praveen said is correct. We do backusp for disaster recovery, and have done several such in our history, so we know what we are doing in it. It is not something that can be done on the client side so much, not that it is impossible but it takes a lot of time to do so, if you just really MUST have some backups you need to work quickly on it and mail sales for pricing for us to retrieve it. They are not retained for long periods, so if you want a mail deleted say over a week ago, the chances are lessor, but it all depends on the timing.
