Emails on all my Accounts are down

Hello!

All the accounts on my reseller account have been down for a day. I need immediate help.

I tried calling (3 times) and the phone goes dead.
I tried going to your site and it's down.
I tried going to webmail and it's down.
(I get this for both: The connection has timed out:The server at www.jodohost.com is taking too long to respond.)

The sites are running, the control panels are online, but all mail functions are unavailable.

Please call me at 305.528.4326, or email me at [email protected] to update me on the situation, as well as an ETA on getting this resolved.

Then,

why can't I log onto webmail, but I can on Hsphere? When I try to enter the webmail indirectly through Hsphere, I get the same message (the timing out message).

I can get into webmail on my other reseller account (I have two), so this isn't a problem with my connection.

I'd like to use your chat, but I can't even reach your website, it times-out as well. (this only happens with JodoHost.com, not with Support.JodoHost.com, which is why I'm communicating to you through here).

Your phone support won't answer. Again, I've called three times, and each time I was dropped.

Please have someone from support call me on my cell - 305.528.4326, so I can resolve this problem,
