Encountering problem when exporting SQL file from H-Sphere.

Hi,
I am trying to export a SQL file of my database from H-Sphere but everytime I get a PHP file when opting for SQL option. I am using a Joomla Site which is not accepting the .php extension file when migrating the datas to my local server.
How to get a file with .sql extension when exporting database from H-Sphere?

Possibly php memory limit is causing this error.
Please create a ticket with support and we will provide you SQL dump of your database that you can restore at your end.
This can also be done using any MySQL compatible tool like MySQL administrator or SQLyog.
