Error when setting dns server alias

It says "no Reseller DNS IP is available for host 21" when i try to set my dns server alias to ns1.mywebhost.com

another question: do i set my service domain name to point at the m****ere nameserver ipaddresses?

We are working on this. We have quite a few IPs available but CP server is not recognising them. Should be corrected shortly, I'll let you know.

No. Once you create your name servers in the control panel, you must also visit the domain registrar where you registered your service domain name. From there, you should be given an option to "create" your own name servers. Using that option, create the name servers you created in the control panel

Next, get your service domain to point to those name servers
