Estimated trouble ticket response time?

Hi!

I was just wondering what the typical response time is to a high priority trouble ticket?

Also, do you receive an email when a trouble ticket has been answered?

My experience is a little different.

We opened a high priority trouble ticket on one account over 24 hours ago and no response yet.

On another account it has been over 12 hours and no response on it yet either.

Am I missing something here?
 
One common mistake our resellers make is submit the ticket in the administrative control panel. That is YOUR ticket system, not our's...

I see what you mean I have closed the tickets in our client's accounts and resubmitted them from our reseller account.
