Exe in cgi-bin?

I've got a prospective client who has a cart software that needs to install an executable in the cgi-bin. Has anyone come across this or know if it's possible. I've asked for more info from the developer, but from what I can see it all runs on a url in the form of /cgi-bin/commerce.exe
It may be a program called PDG COmmerce. Is installing exe's in cgi-bin even supported at Jodo?

Do you have reseller or shared or semi dedicated account with us ?
If yes, Sorry but we can not allow to run exe.

If you have windows VPS account. You can execute exe from web.

Yes, I've got a reseller account. I'll try to get more info on this program and maybe sell them on a VPS account.
