FAO Stephen - Win6 issue since reset

Hi Stephen.
could you take a common sense look at ticket: #QUV-80276-617

for me please.
Relates to port 25 no longer being open on win6 since reset and how that's affecting all my customers using scripts using CDO.Message.

I'm not really getting anywhere with support answers...
 
As per your request we have checked and there is no any block for port 25. Port 25 and 587 always been allowed on all ours server. We have also replied your ticket, please check.

This is correct, we don't have these ports blocked on win6 server, I will look into your ticket tonight.

I have family in this weekend and until new years so I am a bit of an 'in and out' available not quite on the draw like normal :)

You can always email the helpline AT jodohost dot com address to have management alerted to need to escalate an issue as well, this goes to my phone and others as well, so we get it more quickly than forums, but do be sure to give ticket reference there if using that means so we have reference points to check
