file manager and website unavailable on web9 cl2

Are there any issues with web9 cl2 at the moment
At least one of my customers sites are unavailable. trying to access the file manager from within the control panel is also returning an error
"Unable to establish a connection to web9.blablabla"
 
Web9 is available again. we've seen a couple of these outages in the last few weeks without anything being posted on the forum by Jodo I appreciate Jodos busy but it would be good if these outages are posted as the forum is the first place I check before sending a ticket.
