Form Emails Not Being Sent/Recieved

Has anyone been having trouble with emails generated from website forms not being sent/recieved?

There have been no changes made to any of the code on this site and all of a sudden I stop getting emails. I just sent through yet another test, no confirmation or lead email sent/recieved.

On average this site generates 8 - 10 emails leads a day. Over the last month this is the 5th or 6th time this has happened. As of right now, I have not recieved an email since yesterday at 8:11am.

Currently, I am not storing these transaction in a database, which obviously needs to change but in the meantime I have recieved no definitive explaination from Jodo other than 'it's fixed'. Unfortunately, that is not going over well with my client especailly since today is the last day of the month and they are short on quota.

Has anyone else experienced this? For the record, I just submitted a trouble ticket for this latest occurence. At this point I just weighing whether or not I need to move this site to a new host and would appreciate some feedback from anyone who may have or is currently encountering a similar problem.

Thanks

What server?
Also if using SMTP auth there could have been some errors if you are on the mail1 server, it is resolved now.

I'm having trouble with a commercial mailer script (essentially a glorified form mailer). It was working over the weekend once my client's domain was removed from the badmail list. Now, it won't send again. My ticket has gone unanswered all morning but my guess is that the domain was wrongly added to the badmail list again.

I am not sure which mail server this uses. I know there was an upgrade with Mail1 my problem started at roughtly 8:11am PST yesterday.

I am using SMTP authorization, with username and pass but I have not altered the code. I have sent through test emails from one account to the other, it works. Test emails via the form however do not work. What effect could Mail1 have had? What do I need to change and or account for?

As I said earlier, this is the 5th or 6th time this has happened over the last month each time it is 'fixed' but never by me, it is never a coding issue. So that leads me to believe it is something server side.

It is my hope that all the orders that have come in since yesterday morning are not 'lost'. I really need this fixed ASAP.

I am looking at the mail logs on CF, and I see that 90% of the mailings are getting block becuse they are on the badmailfrom list, I would highly recommend sending a ticket with the sender address for the unix techs to check.

Ranjan has also found the reason the old ignore list did not work, it changed locations with the migration, he is getting a good copy of the previous list and enabling on the new server, but if the domain is currently listed it still will need to be removed.
