On Sun Mar 6 2011 08:20PM I lodged a ticket (NTV-69275-103) reporting a problem with the form on a client's Site Studio "Contact Us" page not working. On Sun Mar 6 2011 11:00PM ticket was replied to saying it was being looked into.
Since then I have heard nothing (ticket on hold) even though I reported another client had the same problem (Sun Mar 6 2011 11:43PM) and requested an update (Fri Mar 11 2011 11:08PM).
Both clients are pressing for a resolution, or at least some information about progress. As I am in the dark, I am unable to update the clients. A week with no update is not acceptable, especially when I have asked for an update.
Can someone please let me know what is happening.
