Our support forums (support.jodohost.com) has been shifted from win.jodohost.com (windows server) to web.jodohost.com (linux server). This was done because our main site (www.jodohost.com) also resides on win.jodohost.com. In the event of downtime, both the forums as well as the main site would have become unavailable. Now during the unavailability of our main site, customers could still visit the forums by directly typing support.jodohost.com into their browsers.
