This forum software has the ability to subscribe to the Forums as well as the threads..
It seems you have the forum subscriptions off.. It would be helpful to have the ability to subscribe to the 'General Announcements' and 'Network Outages And Updates' forums..
Probably even more-so for resellers.. so they can get immediate notification to updates to these forums and relay the information to their customers..
Just my 2 cents worth..
