FrontPage problems

I have a couple of clients that are complaining that they can't rename or remove folders and files on their website. I just tried to do this and it's giving me a server error. Is there a way that I can fix this? I tried uninstalling FrontPage extensions and reinstalling them but that didn't seem to work. Please advise.

Sounds like a permissions problem. I had this a couple times at another host. JH should be able to reset the permissions for you.

I'm just waiting for this guy to get back, going to delete the whole domain and set it up from scratch.
