What is the fTP user and password and server info to my accounts?
You guys moved it to a different serv er without providing me with access details. I sent a support ticket about this more than 12 hours ago without reply.
Those accounts do not display because moving it to a differenct server you guys dropped your default index page in there and I have been trying to take them out for ever.....please do something.
 
FTP user and password should be the same, but you probably need to adjust from win1.somedomain.com or win4.somedomain.com to win5.somedomain.com
 
Thank you subspace. Wonder why it took only a couple of minutes for this to be resolved thru you while my ticket went unanswered for hours.
