Full Text on MSSQL

I was told that they enabled Full Text on the sql server. we have been working on this for a week now and I can't find out what is wrong. Has anyone used this feature of MS SQL? What needs to be done on Jodohost's side to make it work.

You need to open a ticket asking for it to be enabled on your DB

I have yash, support is telling me that it is enabled but my user can't use it. I am not an expert on this so I don't know how to test it.

well I could describe it, but this link does better and is pretty clear, it is about SQL Server 7.0, but it is the same or slightly better in 2000.
