Getting Support Access

We as resellers recommended you to a business, they opened a reseller account on January 19-20, 2010 and they have never been given access to the support system. When they try to login, to this day, after almost a year and 20-30 support requests they still get the error message: User GUI Access disabled. Please send email to us directly at [email protected] to contact our support team.
When they contact support nothing ever happens, it is never fixed.

We will check it, and we are working on long term fix for this matter as well.
