Google Email and Apps

I'm having some issues with the email setup with Google. I've added the Google MX records and removed the default MX record. Most emails are received but some are still only being delivered to the mailboxes on at Jodohost. Many of those that are not being received are emails sent from my clients at Jodohost so it appears to be the email accounts are being resolved internally instead of at Google's servers. I am also working to migrate the email for some of my clients to Google and this wil be an issue.

Any idea why this is occurring? Would it help to remove the email accounts with the same address at Jodohost that are also setup on Google? Any help or guidance is appreciated! Thanks!

You need to turn the mail service off in hsphere then it will not deliver local first. You can't just remove the address, you have to turn mail services off for the domain. This btw also goes for those using plesk or any other control panel, and in fact just had such an issue today for a plesk customer

Ok. So I can just turn it off or disable it for one domain in an end user account with multiple domains and it will stop delivering some to the Jodohost email server? Just want to make sure emails are not bounced or lost. Thanks!

Make sure if any stored here, they have used pop3 to download as they will be lost when you turn mail services off (for any stored that is), new mail will then go to google.
