Hi!

Any idea when the H-Sphere control panel will be updated to the newest version of 2.4.1?

I read the document where it listed the upgrades and fixes. Can anyone explain in English what this means to the end user?

Does the AWStats upgrade fix the country issue?

main improvements if you ask me is that you can now automatically delete spam and virus emails and cfmx dns support is included. Awstats has been upgraded to 6.1 but we'll have to wait for the upgrade to be completed if it supports countries
 
Hi Yash!

I noticed you said that the servers would be down starting at 8:00am (EDT) for 30 minutes. All of our sites are still down and it is 10:17am.

Any ideas?
 
No!
I never said the servers will be down for 30 minutes. Only CP server. Win servers would be rebooted and that is being done now

Any particular reason why you chose to do an upgrade during normal business hours?

These kind of things are much better done in the early AM hours. (like 2 AM). Just like most companies do not perform backups in the middle of the morning. Especially speaking as a reseller it does not make a very good first impression with a potential customer if your web site is down.

Just a thought.
 
This was a very low-key upgrade that only required a reboot

The reason we chose to do it during early morning is to ensure PSOFT help is available incase of any critical issues. Normally any such upgrades, etc. are down around 2 or 3AM
