main improvements if you ask me is that you can now automatically delete spam and virus emails and cfmx dns support is included. Awstats has been upgraded to 6.1 but we'll have to wait for the upgrade to be completed if it supports countries
Any particular reason why you chose to do an upgrade during normal business hours?
These kind of things are much better done in the early AM hours. (like 2 AM). Just like most companies do not perform backups in the middle of the morning. Especially speaking as a reseller it does not make a very good first impression with a potential customer if your web site is down.
This was a very low-key upgrade that only required a reboot
The reason we chose to do it during early morning is to ensure PSOFT help is available incase of any critical issues. Normally any such upgrades, etc. are down around 2 or 3AM
