The control panel of my users, has not changed and in "Look and Feel" there is not any desing I can choose from.

Also, FTP sub accounts don't seems to be in the list of improvements

How can I configure these two things?
 
FTP sub accounts for Windows is not a feature at the moment. We can do this manually on request (submit a ticket). We no longer charge for it

From your Reseller Admin CP, click on Look & Feel. Are you sure you don't see it? Just do that and your customers' control panels will change

I can see it in my control panel (from where I submit my tickets): in fact, the look and feel of my control panel is the new one (Xpresia Lite). However, in my reseller CP, the only design in "left". Xpresia Lite just appears in the "icon set options". it's the same for all my customer's control panels

Is it enabled for my reseller account?
 
Inka, I just logged into your reseller admin CP and under Look and Feel, see Xpressia Lite. Should I change it for you?
 
I made the changes for you. Now your Admin CP and customer accounts are using the new style. If a customer account is not using it, just log into it and from "Look & Feel", change the design style to "Xpressia Lite"

This is what I did. First I logged into your Reseller Administrative control panel and clicked on Look & Feel > Design Settings. I selected Xpressia Lite and then clicked Modify. From there, I turned on "Users can choose this design" and "New users will get this design as default"

Next, I changed the Administrative CP's design to Xpressia Lite from Admin User > Look & Feel
