H-Sphere CP Bug

Hi!

I changed the private name server in our reseller account two days ago and our customer's email has not worked since.

H-Sphere has a definite but in regards to updating client's accounts when a change to a private name server is made.

I figured out that the reason is that the new private name server was propagated to our customer's account for their A records. There MX records and CName records still have the old private name server listed as the builtin DNS records.

I wrote tech support about 5 hours ago regarding this and it still has not been fixed. Since there is no way for me to fix it on my end I am getting tired of fielding questions.

I would greatly appreciate this getting resolved today.
