Having nothing but problems

I have a reseller account, wempent

and I have a few domains, none of which are currently working,

I was told on May 18th that nothing needed to be done regarding my domains and IP address, now none of my domains are working,

I have contacted all of my clients/my registers and all of them say there is nothing they can do on their end,
register.com, netfirms.com and dotcanuck.ca ... all say this is a host issue ..

my current trouble ticket is BCS-69761-647 and I need some help because up to this point I have received very poor help .. I have been with jodohost for quite sometime and getting very fustrated,

You were mailed about this multiple times, you do INDEED have to change the IPs of nameservers.

live chat operators are basic, entry point, and escalation agents, they are not the final word, even there it was said to make a ticket. Also if looking carefully it says if using the shared nameservers no IP change is needed, you are using custom nameservers. (there was a 'yes' that was incorrect I know in that chat)

you have gotten mails on the 18th, and a couple prior that list the IPs you need to change to.

This only needs to be done on the nameserver domain, which is with us, so you need to go to domainsgofast.com sign in, and edit the IPs on the Child nameserver for your domain, to the IPs listed on your email from the 18th.

you are being given those IPs in ticket, they won't be posted here.

Again in future, please open a ticket FIRST, only then use chat for bumping, or further detail, it will help greatly and you will get the techs that actually work on the servers there.
