Helpdesk broken?

I've submitted 2 tickets this morning but neither are showing up in the ticket history.

I received an email response to my first one, so I know it was received, but since it didn't show up in my ticket history I had to simply reply via email with the requested information. I'm not sure anyone got my response.

Both were for DB restores (one MSSQL and one MySQL), which are the last 2 steps I need completed before I change DNS at my registrar.

Sorry for being a pain. I just wanted to get the bulk of the transfer done before the holiday tomorrow so my users could use the site(s) on their day off. =)
 
there are some issues in the cluster2 helpdesk, I am working to come up with a solution.

our cerberus is integrated(for authentication) to the 1st cluster DB, we thought we would be able to utilize the same desk with another queue on the new cluster, but it is not working out right, and it looks like we need to setup another desk fully.

We strive to have good support, and this so far is not wroking the best, there are not many on cluster2 yet so it's best to change early!

Thank you for the report, I will check that tickets came and we can see/use them.
 
Well, I received confirmation that the mySQL database was restored, and I've verified it's working, but I haven't heard anything back on the ticket for my main MSSQL database restore, even though I submitted it a couple of hours before the one that's already been completed.

Would you mind checking into that one for me?

Looks like the ticket # is JH #GJL-87745-615. At least that's what was in the email subject in the submission confirmation.

ticket is being checked, and I am working on the solution for the helpdesk problems on cluster2, so we can get this resolved once and for all.

it may require a ticket login to be created, but thats a minor issue.
