helpdesk is not working?

I created a ticket in http://helpdesk.jodohost.com/support/ system yesterday and it never appeared in my ticket list, no one responded or contacted me. I created another one 5 hours ago - same thing, like it never happened.

I know that helpdesk tickets never appeared in the list instantly after creation, but now it looks like the system just quietly swallows them down without any confirmation or ticket number.
 
that happens if you email address sending from and the system email address do not match.

You will be best to email the helpdesk in this case. and we can research it, you can also email to helpline AT jodohost.com and give us your email address as entered in the helpdesk and we will verify it from there, and also help you to sync it up if it is not the same as your hsphere account so this won't happen anymore.

We can get it on any of those addresses. We can also as stated help you get the helpdesk access arranged on the helpline address.

I emailed to helpline with my Helpdesk username asking them to reconnect it to my email address.
