Helpdesk problem - due to new year

It seems that the Cerberus helpdesk license is having troubles due to the new year. We are looking into this now.
 
We are working on a solution to prevent clients from getting bounces to the helpdesk. The Cerberus team is not in and seems to have no plan to be in until Jan 4th. So we are a bit stranded, I am trying to find a working solution.
 
You may not get a tracking number as we are manually replying to tickets via email as a temporary solution.
 
Cerberus Support has responded much earlier than the Jan 4th estimate. And We are now working to sort out all the manually replied tickets we had done before.

Ticket system should be back to normal in the next 3 hours(giving 3 hours for big cleanup)
