helpdesk problem jodohost

hi,

I have problems with the helpdesk of jodohost.
I send a ticket for diskspace problem.
The problem was solved , but after that , I had a problem
with a FTP sub account.I can log in but have no rights.
I make a ticket , several tickets!
No solutions for this problem.They say its my FTP program???
It works with other FTP account.
After several times of tickets, the problem gets worse.
When I log-in with the FTP account , it directs to a other
subdirectory of my site ??!
What are they doiing over there.
That's not all, for the last 4 hours I cannot make anymore a ticket ???I cannot log on to the ticket center, but I can log in to H-sphere.is my account disabled for making tickets? Who nows?

I cannot log in either at the moment, so I don't think your account got disabled somehow.
Hopefully it'll be fixed soon.
