We will be on a skeleton staff starting tomorrow, until Sunday Evening(EDT). It is Diwali in India and we have some staff travelling home and other places to meet up with family. We will be putting tickets in priority over livechats during this time. We will be back to full staffing by Sunday Evening(EDT). Our US staff will be working extra during this time to cover for our staff in Delhi.
