Hotmail problem?!

Hi!
I cannot email any person on hotmail using scripting languages like PHP!
i always get that the domain is not on the allowed list!! however i can mail them using the Outlook client.

This is not a scripting error, i wrote two scripts in two different langauges and i still get the same error.

I'll look into the errors for you. As for the ASP.NET error, maybe stpatrick could tell you what he has done. He is using a mailer function too and it works great.
 
Well, I have had no problems with Hotmail, just using a plain CDONTS for sending e-mails (dunno how to use it in PHP though). I do have problems with MAIL.COM receipients (they use Outblaze). But as I found out, Outblaze blocks almost all e-mails sent from withing scripts. For example, I tried to send an e-mail using my ISP SMTP server, and got just the same error, tried using my friends SMTP server, and again error. They just blocking everyone lol... Yeah, now I understand why spam is bad (except being annoying)

my hotmail was working fine until about 4 days ago when without doing anything it suddenly will not load up on my home pc. its not just my account it is anyone who tries on my pc, yet my accounts work on other pc's. It is very frustrating that anything email based will not work. I tried deleting all cookies and temp internet files but i dont think it has had an affect, and i dont think it is my firewall...
 
Hotmail is loading for me, but is extremely SLOW. I have noticed htis for about a week.

I have at times gotten "server is too busy" errors.
