how can customers change their own pwd?

as in the question - how can folks change their own mailbox password, without having to get me to do it via the CP?

they can go to mail.yourdomain.com

But I'd recommend a reseller package for this.

they are a customer within my reseller package. why would they want to open their own reseller account?
