I am new to this reseller thing, so please forgive me if I am asking a stupid question.
I am wondering how many accounts I should have for my reseller. I have:
Reseller Account: I use this to send tickets to JodoHost and change my options as a reseller (plans, address info, etc.).
Administrative Account: My customers send me tickets here. I use this to manage my customers accounts and the pricing of my reseller packages.
Service Account: This is the account that hosts my website which advertises my hosting plans. They sign up on this website, but link back to my Administrative account to pay. This is just like all of the other hosted accounts, however it is mine.
Is this correct?
