How to post ticket

I am new to this reseller thing and I would like to create a ticket for JodoHost as I have a question.

I created a ticket under Support Center | Make a Ticket but it looks like that created a ticket for my reseller ticketing system. Any ideas?

Login to CP with login information provided by JodoHost, select Support Center to send ticket to us.

Also when you login to your Administartive Account CP and use Support Center, those tickets you send to yourself, also here you get tickets issued by your Customers.
