Just setting up and so many questions are coming up about things.

Should we download the HSphere documentation to our sites and link them in our support page? Or direct our end users to the documentation at PSoft?

Anybody know of a knowledgebase for HSphere that can be imported?

Psoft site is full of many kind of docs, this much information can confuse your customer. So it would be better if you keep end user docs on your site.
