a customer has notified me they are cannot login to their cp.
The url to the cp they were emailed when they signup was
http: // cp. myhosting. com :80/psoft/serviet/psoft.hsphere.CP
(i put spaces in the url) .
That URL does not exist/work and the correct url should be http: // cp.myhosting. com .
How/were can i change this url in my reseller cp please?
 
you need to login at our url with your main login, then go on the menu's to I believe it is the "Info" drop down, and CP URL.

Here input your CP URL as you metnioned here.
 
thanx Stephen, I just knocked out the 80 from the :port input box and clicked change...so i trust that that is correct.
