HTTP Error 401.1 on main site

Hi,

I am trying that works a Web site correctly (the same one worked months ago perfectly), when entering the main page or to any page of the site, it requests user name and password, giving this HTTP error of prohibited access, I have deactivated and returned to activate the service Web, work for moments and soon it has returned to happen the same, TT for this? ?(
