This isnt an issue with jodo but for months I've been having really scratchy connections to jodo and some other networks.Plenty of timeouts and network connection interrupted messages.
My ISP claimed my issues in jodos case was that there was a problem with Jodos dns.
But since friday I cant connect to jodohosts main web site any control panels, customer websites including my service domain. no access via ftp etc either(yes i can visit other websites)
If I use their proxy I can access all via http but not any other protocol.
Their support gave me a diiferent login for testing with them and with this new login the connection issue instantly disappeared and I could connect to jodos network. Using my own login now and cant access the jodo network other than this forum.
My ISP is again blaming jodos DNS. Funny thing is I do not have this issue when connecting to the net via a different network(not my isp).
here is the dns error they claim is the problem
A reverse map (PTR) record for one of the IP addresses referred to could not be found. A PTR record along the lines of the following should be included in the appropriate reverse map domains:
243.100.187.64.in-addr.arpa. IN PTR www.jodohost.com.
I dont know what else to say to the ISP to get this resolved as I doubt the issue is with Jodo and they just do nothing, any suggestions appreciated. ?(
customers dns issues and problems are all over the ISP's forums and yep im outta there asap.
