We have made a major update to our Hosting Agreement. The Hosting Agreement is now inclusive of our Acceptable Usage policy and has been renamed to "Terms of Service". It has been totally rewritten. It can be found at http://www.jodohost.com/tos.asp
Our new Terms of Service will be applicable to all existing JodoHost customers and resellers from January 15, 2004. All customers and resellers who disagree with any clause of the new Terms Of Service should cancel their services with us immediately by filling out http://www.jodohost.com/cancelform.asp. We'll offer you a refund for your unused months in your current billing period.
Another major introduction is our Service Level Agreement which applies to all resellers and customers immediately. It entitles you to a refund if our uptime falls below 99.5%. This is available at http://www.jodohost.com/sla.asp
