Incoming Mail issue

We had a major issue with our mail system where incoming emails were being bounced back for approximately 3 to 4 hours. This was due to a corruption in virtualdomains and a few other qmail lists (we are investigating the causes for that)

Most have been rebuild, we are still working on it. If any customer experiences further issues, please send in a ticket to support
 
All issues 100% fixed

The efforts of 4 PSOFT techs, 2 of our own brought a resolution to this issue. It's been a very stressful day, we will be looking into what happened extensively into what happened, why the backup server didn't kick-in and how to prevent this issue from happening again
 
In addition, all emails that were not received by you were bounced back to the senders with an error message describing the problem.
