Incorrect default https page on win12

Go to any site on win12 and change http to https. If that site doesn't have a certificate of its own, it defaults to an unrelated site selling a cosmetic product. Other servers simply show 'page not found'. Can someone sort this out, please.
 
I dont get anything firefox says this:
The connection to win12.jodoshared.com was interrupted while the page was loading.

You really need to submit a ticket with details.
 
Happens in all my Win12 sites, in any browser. The shared SSL presents the same incorrect certificate.

Very easy to fix when I know a domain to check, for some reason that site was able to have dedicated SSL when on a shared IP, which caused some major confusion in the IIS metabase.
