I noticed how you can give promotions for plans but is there a way to give a promotion to an individual on one of his current plans.

I made a x% off promotion and have a client that already has a plan that is paying 20/month for I'd like to give him a promo from now on he's only paying 10/month what's the best way to do it since he's already selected a plan?

I also can't find where to associate a promo to a plan when I create settings under the plan it takes me to the page but can't find a dropdown with any promos and yes I have promos activated in promo management.
 
Promotions can be associated with plan(s) only. If you want to give any promotion to a customer individually, you have to do this manually.

To attatch a promotion to a plan please make sure that promotion is "ON". Then open the plan settings, scroll down to "Promotions management" and select the promotion name from drop down menu.
