Instant activation with paypal is possible

Hey I wa reading a thread on psoft about instant activation. Some guy got it to work.

Yes, I do remember one of our reseller had implemented this for his account.

I just want to add a word of caution about this, as many paypal signups can be fake, in fact let me make that signups in general.
