Througout the site, you've use the ampersand rather than & in the code.

The W3C validator which I previously linked to gives you the exact line numbers of the code you need to fix as well as links to pages which tell you how to fix them. Spend some time with the validator and it will help you learn about compliant code.

You may also wish to spend some time at W3schools. There's a lot of good information there.
