IP Changes

Following the recent datacenter shift, our Name Server IPs have changed to:
ns1.jodohost.net - 69.61.29.137
ns2.jodohost.net - 69.61.29.241

Our mail server IP (139.81.148.17) has not changed so updates to your MX records is not necessary. This IP however maps to our new mail server IP - 69.61.29.4. All outgoing mail is sent from this IP therefore resolving an issue where emails from 139.81.148.17 were being blocked by Spam protection software.

All permanent IPs bought by customers have changed as well. To view your new IP, simply click on your domain from the Control Panel. If you are using an External DNS server, you must update your IPs.

Our mail server's IP has now changed to 69.61.29.8 from 69.61.29.4. Additionally, the old IP 139.81.148.17 which currently maps to 69.61.29.8 will be taken down in the coming days. All customers using external DNS servers are requested to update their MX records with the latest IP at the soonest.

We were forced to once again change the mail server IP to 69.61.29.20. All customers using external DNS servers are requested to update their MX records at the soonest. Additionally, all customers are requested to use server host names (eg. mssql2.jodohost.com) wherever possible instead of the IPs.
