is live chat down too

Chat is working but seems like agent isn't seeing the live request come in on his station, it is resolved now however.
 
I'm not getting much response on a few tickets either and the last response wasn't the best. I've still got some sites inaccessable and at least a 6 hour email outage for a couple of customers

Emails are going on mail3, if you are having trouble with that, maybe use the IP direct as referenced in the mail3 thread in email forum.

As for sites, these are windows or linux?

Both are in as far of a state as we can do right now without more info or CP access.

We can see the email attempt, and denial of pass.
