Is the system time correct on mail4?

During testing of a notification product, I noticed that the received time of all messages sent to my JH account are 1 hour earlier than those of my other email accounts.

As you can see, the message was received an hour before it was sent. I know you guys have been slaving over the web servers, but I don't think they're really that fast. :p
