issue with power in the office

there may be slower than usual reply times for tickets, and there may not be operators available on live chat for a while.

The office has been on generator for almost 3 days now and there is a problem on it that has come up. We are working to resolve it ASAP.

This does NOT affect servers, only the support staff.
 
Power is not exhausted in the UPS units and the main office is offline. I wil be watching for SERVER DOWNs and slows, and not be able to tend all tickets and chats, please be patient with us during this time.
 
The issue with the DGset has been resolved. All support channels are available now.
