Jodo Pulse Win 27-30 no monitor

Customer regularly reports win28 slow and did so again this morning 2:10 AM (Eastern Time).
Just checked the site now and its ok .
On checking Jodo pulse server monitor http://jodopulse.com:8080/pubgrp?uid=76EE495F-1D11-4F06-A9CE-A5BAEB0EED3F it does not show beyond Ping for win27 or anything at all for win28 to win 30....how come those servers aren't there too please?

They are on there just another group where it is not public, I will work on changing the group over the next few days.
