Jodo Support Down???

Why is Jodo support down. Trouble tickets system is broken. No new tickets, and no response to existing tickets..........

SO, I'm having an issue with a PHP script that is not finishing for some reason.

It's been running fine for several months. There have been no changes, but now it doesn't finish.

Just dies.

In previous ticket, Jodo said someone was hogging the server.......


What is the max processing time for PHP?

I've set it all the way to 7200 (I know that's insane) in PHP Max Execution time, but there must be a Jodo limit below that.

no support is up and going, tickets are being replied. (and the newest reply is 16 seconds old)
 
Thanks Stephen. Maybe they're ignoring me. You got any idea why my PHP script is not finishing? What's the max processor time?

When I run the update at night, apparently somebody else is hogging the server, and my script doesn't finish......is there a way to increase the time?

No I don't think you are being ignored..this sounds like unix and I don't think my answer would be correct as I don't know the unix settings too well but I do not that if you have 7200 set, it probably will be timed out on the server first......by an override settings.

It is not a problem.....there was one ticket that was acting up(not displaying the ticket properly) but it has been resolved now, may have been yours (
