jodohost.com not accessible

Hi all,

Since 5 days, I can not access to anything with jodohost.com and all my domain name hosted on jodohost's servers. I cannot check mail, etc. Is it normal ? For writing this post, I must use the ip url http://208.101.63.228.

Here is the information of my reseller account:
reseller login : ntnphost

Anyone can tell me what happening please ? I live in France.

We are all up running without issues.

I have even run a reverse trace from a server back to you, without any hiccup.

I'd recommend opening a ticket via a gmail account or otherwise, and sending it to resellersupport (AT@) jodohost.com or helpling (@AT) jodohost.com (you know proper format for it, trying to confuse spam bots) with a tracert back to us.

I have used your IP from post here(not the forum one) as the one to ping/trace, but don't want to post it here as it may be private to you :)

This is IP based way to browse JH site. If it works, let us know (you can let know here, but ticket is also needing a reply as we can discuss more detail!)
