joomla site and internal server errors

Over the last few months customers with joomla installations were reporting that their sites we're intermittently showing internal server errors. Recently these internal server errors are becoming all too regular for all of my customers with joomla installations on cluster2.

I also had a client that noticed this with a development joomla site I have them on. It currently is not occuring. I think it had something to do with the database but I'm not sure. Looking to get any status or answers as well so I'm following this post.

In the logs I saw mutliple timeouts and fastcgi messages. Even php files loaded outside of joomla didn't work.

Support did say that they fixed the issue and they are now monitoring the site that seems to be giving the most problems.

I guess with the moves not yet completed the database could definitely be the culprit. Hopefully it will disappear when the server moves are complete.
