As most of you know, we now are no longer using Level(3) to either serve our bandwidth or our IP Addresses. We now have shifted reliance to two new major bandwidth providers - InterNap & Limelight. Limelight is the same bandwidth provider that serves Microsoft and many other corporate and media websites. InterNap is a bandwidth carrier known for their intelligent routing technology and reliability.
The 15 to 45 minute outage you experience this afternoon were due to routing conflicts when we switched over from Level(3). We had tried as hard was we could to minimize any potential outage
